The ask
Make a first-ever summit look inevitable to apparel decorators, print-on-demand operators, and brand decision-makers, with no organic traffic and no historical event data.
What we ran
- Landing page, CRM segmentation, and reminder flows live from day one
- Meta ads on cold and lookalike audiences, with iterative creative rounds
- 4,438 emails, 18,840+ SMS, and 2,044 phone calls between registration and doors
- Partner toolkit with trackable links and QR codes, so partners promoted with their own numbers
- Post-production: session recordings, clips, and highlight reels that outlive the event

File 05 · Riviera Events × Clifford Capital
Every file so far sold the seats. This one dressed the room.
Family Day at Wheeler's Tropikana, Singapore, 27 June 2026. Riviera Events produced the day for Clifford Capital. We made the artwork that carried its name, and the page it is remembered on.

Jun 2026 · Singapore
The ask
Give a 220-person carnival family day a look of its own, land the invitation inside a finance firm, and leave the day with a page worth sending on.
What we ran
- Family Day identity: the mark, the palette and the stage backdrop that anchored the room
- Entrance arch signage and on-site graphics, cut to the carnival concept Riviera directed
- Employee invitations and internal comms, written for a finance floor and for the families behind it
- Web design for the event recap on rivieraevents.com: layout, image treatment and the write-up
- One kit across all of it, so the invite, the arch, the backdrop and the page read as a single day
The 220 are Riviera's to claim: they directed the concept, booked the entertainment and ran the floor. Ours is what those 220 walked under, opened before they came, and read afterwards.

That room was ours to dress. This one we had to win a corner of.
AWS Summit Singapore 2026. Sands Expo, 6 May. Free entry, 45+ sessions, and an expo floor of vendors competing for the same walk-past. We worked for the vendors, not the summit.

May 2026 · Singapore
The ask
Give exhibiting vendors a presence that holds on a free-entry expo floor, where everyone in the building came for the keynote and a stand has seconds to earn a conversation.
What we ran
- Booth and on-floor brand assets: graphics, banners, signage and demo screens built to read from across the hall
- Pre-event demand campaign to summit registrants over email and LinkedIn, pointed at the stand rather than at a website
- Meeting links and QR-linked landing pages, so a walk-past could become a calendar slot without queueing
- Sales enablement kit: one-pagers, the pitch deck and the giveaway, all cut to the same message as the stand
- One line held across the campaign, the booth and the leave-behind, so the floor confirmed what the email promised
Those figures are AWS's published scale for the summit, not our results: they describe the room the vendors had to be seen in, not our share of it. The vendors themselves are not named here.

That one ran for a day. This one runs for six months.

Attendee Acquisition · in flight
6 months · Jun to Dec 2026
The ask
Sell a December conference to physicians, longevity practitioners and clinic owners across a six-month run, and make every dollar of a $20,000 media budget traceable to a registration.
What we ran
- Landing page refresh and a new checkout, built for paid traffic rather than for the main site's browsers
- Creative-first acquisition on Meta and LinkedIn: founder and operator style units, not legacy conference ads
- Speaker-led campaigns cut from faculty clips on AI diagnostics, peptides, precision medicine and performance health
- Multi-touch retargeting across the whole registration journey: video viewers, pricing-page visitors, abandoned registrations, past attendees
- Email and SMS attendance reinforcement, CRM and conversion tracking wired end to end, optimized on a weekly cycle
Audience testing opened in June against physicians, longevity practitioners, clinic owners, functional and integrative medicine, wellness operators and performance-health buyers. Every week since has been a creative round, a retargeting adjustment and a report.
